Foot on trail

aBOUT tRAIL.CLUB

Trail.Club is an initiative that grants people and organizations funds to support their unique ideas and experiences along the trails in our community. We want to support your whimsical, far-out ideas, and we want those ideas to help people discover how fun these trails can be. It’s all about being active outdoors and taking advantage of the many trails West Michigan has to offer.

The Trail.Club zone is primarily in West Michigan, but we have recently extended it to Saugatuck/Douglas. Each adventure will be no longer than a 45-minute drive from Grand Rapids!

A new adventure with Trail Club is the Trail Treats. Trail.Club purchased three Ferla cart bikes. These bikes have a cart on the front with a fridge/freezer, hand washing station, storage for supplies, and a stainless-steel top! Our goal with the Trail Treat Bikes is to have businesses, hobbyists, entrepreneurs, and creative folks take them out on the trail and sell their goods!

Trail Tokens

A current adventure with Trail Club is the Trail Tokens, which we have placed on over 25 trails. A past treasure hunter, Robb Lamer, came up with the idea! The Trail Tokens adventure is different from the Treasure Hunts as it is styled to be an at-your-own-pace experience rather than a race to the finish line! Check out the Trail Tokens page and the release of secret locations on the website and our socials!

Treasure hunts

One of Trail.Club’s past adventures were the Treasure Hunts! The treasure hunts consisted of riddles, games, and new adventures. The first person to find the treasure coin in the treasure box won a $1,000 cash prize. The rest of the hunters won a limited-edition Trail.Club sticker!
